Geocoding - Used to segment addresses by postal code. Important when used to compare demographics of two different areas.

Global Focus Group - Focus group made up of international members. Memebrs meet using technology to facilitate the meeting.

Group Dynamics - Refers to getting members of your panel or focus group to have meaningful discussions and active particiaption.

Group Interview - Interviewing more than on eperson at the same time. Interview is led by a moderator and is better known as a focus group.
